This class is your first step to learning the basics about breastfeeding and what to expect in the first few weeks. You will learn about the benefits of breastfeeding as well as multiple techniques to help you succeed. We encourage partners or a family member to attend with the expectant mom.
The birth of a baby is already challenging, but having a baby during a pandemic can create added stress and uncertainty, making it hard to prepare for one of the most exciting events in your life. "Join" us as a group zoom to discuss about the challenges, stresses and experiences we have learned.
This series of classes helps prepare you for the labor and delivery experience here through a free virtual class.
