This live virtual course is couple-focused in preparation for giving birth. Parents-to-be will learn what to expect during labor, comfort strategies, pain management options, and much more. This class is designed to help you build your knowledge, skills, and confidence to create the birth experience you desire for your family.
To attend these live virtual classes, you will need internet access or streaming capability for your phone, tablet, or computer. Audio of the group is available by phone as well.
Partners are encouraged to attend. (Please DO NOT register partners)
