Post Delivery Parent Support Group at The Woodlands Hospital | 2nd Tues of Each Month

When: Every 2nd Tuesday of the Month, from 12 pm to 1 pm

Who: Parents who have a newborn thru 6 month old baby are able to connect with other families throughout their parenting journey.  

What to Expect:

This group focuses on sharing the joys and challenges of parenthood so that parents develop confidence in their parenting skills.  It allows you to understand your feelings after giving birth,  promotes mental health awareness, and self care for both parents.
