St. Luke’s Health and the sponsoring company shall not require (directly or indirectly, explicitly or implicitly) a referral of  any patients to it or to any other party and will not require any party to use any other party’s facilities as a precondition to receiving sponsorship benefits.

The sponsoring company will not receive anything of value in exchange for its sponsorship and St. Luke’s Health’s acceptance of the sponsorship will not influence it to promote any specific business interest of the sponsoring company.
