Patient Resources

Navigating through the hospital system can sometimes be difficult. We want to help you as best as we can to make your trip seamless. We have gathered some patient resources to help make your experience a great one. Please refer to the Pre-Op Procedure link to make sure you are fully prepared for your test before coming to the hospital.

What to bring: Doctor’s orders, ID, and insurance card/form of payment.

Because our procedures are not safe for children, we ask that you make arrangements for your children during your exam.

When you arrive at CHISLHB: Please park near the back of the hospital and enter through the Women’s Center Entrance (located on Emergency Drive) and register directly inside the doors. After you register, you will be asked to walk to the Imaging Services reception area which is located a short distance down the hallway from the entrance.

Please click here for directions to the campus, along with a map of inside the hospital.

After procedure: Our team strives to make your test results available in a timely fashion. Our board-certified radiologist will read the exam and send the report to your physician within 2 business days.

Report/Images Pick Up (for procedures at CHISLHB): In some circumstances, you may need a copy of the report and your images. Please call 979-285-1140 in advance to help get the documents needed. For a copy of your report, please visit Health Information Management (HIM) near the Main Lobby of the hospital. HIM will help you retrieve a copy of your images as well. However, it expedites the process if you call in advance for your images.
