(THE WOODLANDS, TX) September 15, 2020- St. Luke’s Health—The Woodlands Hospital (The Woodlands Hospital) has been recognized with the QUEST® Award for High-Value Healthcare from Premier Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company, for providing outstanding patient care as a top performing hospital.
The Woodlands Hospital received the award for achieving top performance among its non-teaching hospitals with greater than or equal to 175 beds peer group in Premier’s QUEST 2020 collaborative for mortality, readmissions, affordability and safety.

The peer group improvement category is designed to recognize QUEST 2020 top performing hospitals based on size, patient mix and academic status. Each QUEST 2020 member was grouped into one of six categories: critical access hospitals, academics, teaching hospitals with more than 375 beds, teaching hospitals with fewer than 375 beds, non-teaching hospitals with more than 175 beds and non-teaching hospitals fewer than 175 beds. A top performer in each of the six peer groups was named a winner of the QUEST Award.
