Kim received her Bachelor of Science in pre-medical sciences with a minor in chemistry from Tarleton State University, a member of The Texas A & M University System, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.  She completed a Managed Care Residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas.  In August 2016, Kim received her Master of Public Health from UT Health School of Public Health – The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Kim is a member of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists.  She is an alumna of Alpha Gamma Delta, Phi Delta Chi, Tri Beta, and Order of Omega.  Kim served on the Practice Advancement Committee and Pharmacy Council for the University Health system Consortium for six years.  She has been a Platform Speaker for the American Academy of Managed Care.  Kim received Baylor St. Luke’s Preceptor of the Year in 2006 and the Houston/Galveston Preceptor of the Year award in 2007.  Currently, she serves as a Secretary on the Texas Society of Health System Pharmacists Research and Education Foundation Board as well as the Scholarship Committee Chair.  Throughout her career, she has served as a clinical specialist in Internal Medicine, Director for PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, interim Director of Pharmacy, and Clinical Pharmacy Manager roles.  Currently, Kim is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Baylor St. Luke’s and she serves on the Pharmacy Clinical Council for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) as the Texas Clinical Lead as well as the secretary for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.  She also chairs the national antimicrobial stewardship committee for CHI.  She leads the Baylor St. Luke’s health-system pharmacy (SPACE) meeting which involves reviewing medications for formulary addition, EPIC drug builds, physician order sets, policies, and clinical initiatives.  Kim is committed to training residents to become outstanding contributors and leaders for the profession of pharmacy.

Ramsi received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Howard University in Washington D.C. in 2005.  Thereafter she completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in conjunction with the University Of Houston College Of Pharmacy.  Ramsi began her career at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center as a Clinical Pharmacist, before stepping into her current position.  Ramsi has earned the status of Epic Willow Credentialed Trainer in preparation for the 2013 Epic go-live.  Ramsi has served as PGY1 Program Director prior to stepping into her current leadership role. Ramsi is a member of ASHP, ACCP and TSHP.

Melissa received her PharmD from the University of Houston.  She completed her pharmacy practice residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch.  Melissa furthered her practice at the University of Texas Medical Branch in the area of transplantation for the next 8 years.  She continued her practice in the area of transplantation at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center upon starting her position as the Clinical Pharmacist II of Cardiothoracic Transplant in January 2009.  She is a member of ASHP, TSHP, ACCP and the American Transplant Society.

Kady received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center (BSLMC) and stayed on to complete a two-year Infectious Diseases Fellowship with BSLMC and University of Houston College of Pharmacy. After completing her ID fellowship, Kady stayed on at BSLMC and currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist II in infectious diseases. She is a member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacist and the Infectious Diseases Society of America. Her practice interests include transplant ID and infections with multidrug-resistant organisms.


Raymond Yau

Raymond graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2008 prior to completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at St. Luke’s Baylor Medical Center. After his residency, he gained experience in critical care as the MICU clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He returned to St. Luke's Baylor Medical Center as a Clinical Pharmacist II in liver transplant in 2010. His interests include immunosuppression and transplant-related infections.  He is a member of American Society of Transplant.

Meghna received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY in 2010, which was followed by completion of a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Saint Joseph East in Lexington, KY. After five years of practicing as a Critical Care Pharmacy Specialist at Saint Joseph East, she moved to Houston, TX, where she continued to practice as a Critical Care Pharmacist at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center.  Meghna began her career at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in 2016 as a Residency Programs Coordinator, Critical Care Pharmacy Specialist and Student Programs Coordinator. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family.

Kelci completed her undergraduate courses at the University of Central Florida and went on to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy, in Nashville, TN. Kelci did her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at the VA-Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, followed by a PGY-2 in cardiology here at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center. After post graduate training she started her career as a clinical pharmacy specialist in internal medicine at Harris Health for one year. She then returned to BSLMC as a clinical pharmacist II in cardiothoracic surgery/medical cardiology. Kelci is a Board Certified Cardiology Pharmacist, is a member of ACCP, and ACC.
