Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center Educational Services

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center (BSLMC), Houston, TX in partnership with Baylor College of Medicine (BCM), is the primary clinical training site for over 40 American College Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited programs; serving over 1,500 trainees annually.

The BSLMC, Department of Educational Services is the central educational administration office for medical trainees (MD students, clinical residents and fellows, technical students, and advanced practice provider (APP)), committed to providing an excellent clinical learning environment that promotes learning opportunities for medical education trainees and ensures the commitment of appropriate resources to support trainees and faculty.

Educational Services is responsible for the following trainee types:

  • Advanced Practice Providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants)

  • Medical (MD) Students

  • Residents and Clinical Fellows

  • Technical Students

  • Research Students
