St. Luke's Health–Brazosport provides life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage to all regular full-time employees for an amount equal to your basic annual earnings to a maximum of $50,000.
Regular full-time employees may elect to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their family. Premiums are paid through post-tax deductions. Benefits available are shown here:
Short Term Disability is intended to protect your income for a short duration in case you become ill or injured. All full-time active employees working 30 or more hours per week in an eligible class are eligible to apply for coverage.
