Breastfeeding Support Group

Breastfeed with confidence after taking this class! You will learn how your body makes milk for your baby, how to get breastfeeding off to the best start, how to latch and position your baby, how to know your baby is feeding well, what to expect the first few days of life, how to manage common challenges, and how to access breastfeeding help after you leave the hospital. We encourage a support person to attend with the expectant mom.

Led by a board certified lactation consultant, this group provides an opportunity for breastfeeding mothers and their babies (up to a year of age) to meet and support each other. Please fill out and submit the registration information to let the lactation consultant know you will be attending.

Cost: This class is free to attend.
When: 3rd Wednesday of every month from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
