Preparing for Childbirth Class

This series of classes help prepare you and your support person for the labor and delivery experience.

There is an e-learning option that is available to patients who are unable to attend the classes at the hospital or who want to learn on their own schedule.

Length of Class: 2–2.5 hours once a week (2 Week Series).
When to Attend: Recommended about 10–14 weeks before your due date.
