At a time when healthcare personnel are pushed to their personal and professional limits, the St. Luke's Health Sugar Land Hospital was recognized by the Houston Chronicle as one of its Top Workplaces in 2021.

The honor is awarded to employers who successfully create a culture of employee engagement, appreciation and fulfillment.

"This Top Workplace award belongs to the almost 500 dedicated men and women who come to care for our patients every day at St Luke's Sugar Land," said Steven Foster, South Houston Market President, St. Luke's Health System. "The last year and a half has been especially challenging and our staff never let up. They selflessly provide care to a patient population that is among the sickest we have ever encountered.  While this pandemic has been one of the most difficult events in our hospital’s history, it has made our team stronger. I could not be prouder of our staff."
