More than 25 million people worldwide are victims of human trafficking. In the US, Texas is one of 3 states with the highest incidence of human trafficking.

January is Human Trafficking Prevention Month, and St. Luke’s Health is committed to helping stop this crime in its tracks. In this episode, Host of Lunch with Lawson Kevin Keys talks with St. Luke’s Health CEO Dr. Doug Lawson, Ph.D. about the measures and community partnerships we’ve forged in Texas to build awareness and provide care for victims of human trafficking. They also touch on what you can do to help those who seek help in our hospitals.
