Retirement Plus is a voluntary tax-deferred annuity program which all employees regardless of employment status may participate. The first of the month following your date of hire, you may contribute between 1-100% of your pay, up to $17,500. You can select among many investment options ING provides to build your retirement fund. Employees who participate will have a percentage of their funds matched by CHI St. Luke's Health–Brazosport.
- CHI St. Luke's Health–Brazosport will match 100% up to the first 2% of your contributions.
- Employees are always 100% vested in their contributions.
- Vesting for employer contributions is after 3 years of service.
