    This online scheduling feature is for patients with non-life-threatening emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening or limb-threatening emergency, call 911 for immediate assistance or go to the nearest emergency room. You should only use the emergency room online check-in tool if you are certain you can wait at home with no risk to your health.

    To cancel your visit, please refer to your confirmation email and follow the cancellation instructions. You can also call the provider directly to cancel.

  3. Can I change my ER check-in time?

    To reschedule your appointment, you can call the ER directly or click the link in your confirmation email to choose a different time.

  4. What happens if I’m late to my scheduled treatment time?

    Our goal is to honor each patient's scheduled time. However, you may experience delays if you arrive after your scheduled time. ER wait times depend on a variety of factors, including severity of medical condition and number of patients currently in the ER. In order to provide appropriate and prompt care, patients are seen by order of severity of their condition.

  5. Will I receive treatment at my chosen time?

    Patients are typically seen within 15 minutes of their estimated treatment time. For your safety, we will ask you to verify your information when you arrive. ER wait times depend on a variety of factors, including severity of medical condition and number of patients currently in the ER. In order to provide appropriate and prompt care, patients are seen by order of severity of their condition.

  6. There are no time slots available. What do I do?

    Feel free to go directly to your preferred emergency room. You can also consider viewing another nearby ER location’s online check-in availability. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 for immediate assistance.
