Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

Our patients have the benefit of an interdisciplinary care approach. Our medical director, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, registered nurses, and social workers are all on site to closely monitor patients each day.

Our Programs and Services include but are not limited to:

  • Post Cerebrovascular Accidents
  • Post Orthopedic Surgery
  • Cardiopulmonary Dysfunction
  • Amputations
  • General Debility
  • Chronic Pain
  • Neuromuscular or other Neurological Disorders

Average length of stay for our inpatient rehabilitation patients is between 7-21 days. On admission, patients are evaluated by the physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist, who then develop an individualized treatment plan. Most patients will receive a minimum of three hours of therapy per day, at least five days per week. Our specialists meet weekly in an interdisciplinary conference to discuss patients’ therapy goals and discharge dates. Prior to discharge, the patient’s rehab team will discuss any further needs, including outpatient rehab or home health, and if any equipment will be needed at home.
