Patients suffering from chronic disease who live in underserved Texas cities or other rural communities often lack access to specialized care. Project ECHO bridges that gap. Chronic disease specialists at Baylor St. Luke’s can connect remotely with in these communities and provide care to such patients. Chronic diseases may range from Hepatitis C to cancer and HIV.
